CiNii Dissertations is a database that includes domestic doctoral dissertations. The table of contents, abstract, and full text are not included, but there are links to the repositories of the awarding universities and the website of the National Diet Library.

Under the policy of the Digital Archive Japan Promotion Committee and the Working-level Review Committee, the National Diet Library of Japan operates the system with the cooperation of various organizations. You can search for content held by institutions such as libraries, museums, art galleries, archives, universities, research institutes, government offices, and local governments.
